Before the first use, rinse your bottle and the inside of the cap with clear water.
Then clean your bottle with clear water after each use, using a little soap.
Pay particular attention to cleaning if you have put sugary drinks in your bottle, in order to avoid the development of bacteria and mould.
To facilitate cleaning inside the bottle, you can use a brush or bottle brush which will allow you to reach the inner walls of the bottle.
Once your water bottle is clean, let the cap and the water bottle dry separately in the open air (upside down so that the water can drain well).
Finally, store the bottle open, without its cap !

Delivery and returns

- DELIVERY
  Orders are prepared and shipped within 24/48 hours of your order (excluding Sundays and holidays). You will receive an e-mail as soon as your parcel is shipped as well as a tracking number of your order in order to be kept informed of the routing of your parcel.
  Free delivery in Europe for orders over 75€.
- RETURNS WITHIN 30 DAYS
  You have the legal right to retract your order within fourteen days (14 days). This period begins the day you take physical possession of the goods.
  We extend the period to a total of thirty days (30 days) within which you can return your items to us.
