Yes, exchanges are possible. In the case of an exchange, the customer will bear the return costs and LEMON T will bear the delivery costs of your new order.

Yes, if the package has not yet been shipped. You just have to send us a message through the contact form.
Otherwise, wait to receive the package and follow the Returns & Deliveries procedure.

After our team confirmed the product(s) has(ve) a defect, we will refund the price of the item(s) concerned, and, in the event of the return of the entire order, the shipping costs. This is only applicable for products purchased on the LEMON T website.

We invite you to ckeck the availability of our products on every product sheet. The product sheet indicates the stock status, when the customer checks it out. However, this stock status is given as an indication, the products being able to be sold between the moment the customer reserved it, and the moment the reservation has actually been confirmed. If the reserved product is unavailable, we will inform you when it will be back in stock.

LEMON T products are mostly MEDIUM FIT. If you’d like to wear them in a looser way, we advice you to choose the next size.

To take care of your LEMON T products, go to the “CARE” section, which gives all of the information for washing, drying, ironing your products properly.
